Tiffany Franco from 90 Day Fiancé unveiled her dramatic transformation after weight loss in a before and after video. Tiffany is a 33-year-old single mom from Frederick who met Ronald Smith from South Africa while on vacation. Ronald had a sketchy past that he hid from Tiffany, but that didn’t stop her from marrying him. However, after having a baby with Ronald, she realized he wasn’t interested in coming to the U.S. Ronald failed to provide for his family, and their on-off relationship went on for years as Tiffany even underwent vertical sleeve gastrectomy (VSG) in June 2021.

Tiffany looks very different in her latest Instagram video, which shows how amazing her weight loss journey has been.
The Maryland resident posted several clips of herself from 90 Day Fiancé, which showed what she looked like before undergoing weight loss surgery. Tiffany recorded clips of herself wearing an off-shoulder red dress and crying from older 90 Day Fiancé episodes. She then unveiled her look from 2024, where Tiffany is nearly half her previous size. She wore a figure-hugging black dress and focused on her slim waist as she did a little shimmy. Tiffany captioned the Instagram Reel, “Wild.”
Tiffany was last seen in 90 Day: The Single Life season 3. She was already midway through her weight loss journey when she filmed the series. Tiffany was inspired by Angela Deem to undergo bariatric surgery. She’d seen Angela drop more than 100 pounds and wanted to do the same as she watched her own weight increase. Tiffany weighed 300 pounds when she was at the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 Tell All and Ronald objected to her decision to undergo the operation. It was clear that she was losing weight to get his attention.
While Ronald moved on with a new woman named Lauren Fraser, he made Tiffany believe they could still be together. However, after Loren went to South Africa, she found out Ronald was still in touch with his ex. Tiffany knew she had to divorce him. She chose to date a man named Dan McFarland, whom she met on a dating app, instead. Still, Tiffany and Dan’s relationship didn’t last long. They parted ways within a few months after The Single Life season 3 ended. In 2024, Tiffany is dating an Irish man who shares his name with her ex-husband.
Tiffany hasn’t revealed anything about her new boyfriend Ronnie on her social media. She wants to keep her new relationship private or could be filming a new 90 Day Fiancé spin-off.
