General Hospital spoiler February 21: Cyrus was killed by Josslyn in dramatic circumstances!
The February 20, 2025 episode of General Hospital ended with a twist when Cyrus was killed while everyone waited for word on Lucky.
Luck Runs Out
After getting stabbed with a syringe of digitalis, Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) fell to the floor. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) managed to escape while Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) called 911 and gave an unconscious Lucky chest compressions.
The news of Lucky’s condition traveled fast through Port Charles, Anna (Finola Hughes) learning through a work call while Elizabeth called Laura (Genie Francis). As soon as Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) entered the hospital room, Elizabeth immediately told him it was digitalis, prompting him to get the counter drug to try and save Lucky’s life.
Cyrus Signs Off
Meanwhile, after tearing up the cabin and finding the medical bracelets of every digitalis victim, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) came face to face with Cyrus standing in the doorway. While he grabbed an axe and warned her she was next, she pulled out Dex’s (ex-Evan Hofer) gun and shot him in the chest.
Cyrus’ last words were that Josslyn was now the murderer before he died. A shaken Joss called for help from the only person she trusted in that situation: Brennan (Chris McKenna, who recently shared a must-see throwback pic!).
Over at GH, after Lulu (Alexa Havins), Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), and Aiden (Colin Cassidy) all arrived, Isaiah approached the family, ready to tell them whether Lucky lived or died.
With the video preview for February 21 teasing Lucky (back to being played by Jonathan Jackson!) flatlining, only time will tell if he’ll survive this ordeal.
