Josh Kelly was a guest star in the February 10 episode of NCIS: Origins, which was titled “Monsoon” and aired on CBS. Kelly’s character helped investigate the demise of a struggling veteran and pitched in by pointing out some key evidence in the case.
Although it was certainly a fantastic role to score, there’s no indication that Josh Kelly’s trading daytime for primetime for good.
This was just a short-term gig on the side, so Kelly’s role at GH seems secure – at least for now.
The situation could change in the future, but we have great reasons to think exciting stuff’s ahead for Cody in Port Charles.

Since Cody landed behind bars and began interacting with ADA Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) as a result, this could be the beginning of an intriguing romance.
Molly could use a new love interest now that she’s split from TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), so Cody could offer a path forward.
Our predictions hint that Cody will find a way to make more money soon as well, so we’ll see if he changes his mind about Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) offer or perhaps finds a different lucrative opportunity.
Regardless, things should be looking up for Cody before long. It’ll be a welcome change from all the chaos Cody’s been causing by poking his nose in Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) baby daddy drama.
